Privacy Policy

Last updated September 20, 2026.

This policy describes what Redlands Internet ("we", "us") does with information you give us through this website. It is written to describe what this site actually does, not to cover every hypothetical.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the quote form on this site:

  • Your name and, if you provide it, your business name
  • Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
  • The city you selected and the project type you chose
  • Whatever you wrote in the message field

Alongside your submission we record the date and time, the page the form was on, the referring page, your browser's user agent string, your IP address, and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through. This context helps us understand which pages generate enquiries and helps us identify automated spam.

What we do not collect

  • We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site
  • We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies
  • We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors
  • We never ask for payment details, passwords or government identification through this site

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie: a PHP session cookie. It exists so the quote form can protect itself against cross-site request forgery and so your input survives a failed submission. It contains no personal information, is not shared with anyone, and expires when you close your browser.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. That request is subject to Google's privacy policy.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are written to a file on the server that hosts this website. They are not sent to a third-party marketing platform or customer database. Access is limited to the people who run this business.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote your project, and to keep a record of the conversation. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our own business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email hello@example.com and we will remove it.

Your rights under California law

California residents have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make any request, email hello@example.com or call (909) 351-1728.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
