Using this website

This site is informational. Using it does not create a client relationship, and submitting the quote form does not obligate either of us to anything. A project begins only when we have both agreed to a written scope and price.

About the prices shown

The $199 single-page special covers the design and build of one informational page as described on the pricing section of this site. Prices listed elsewhere as "starting at" are genuine starting points; the final price depends on scope and is quoted in writing before work begins.

• Domain registration and hosting are billed separately, at cost, and we tell you those figures before you commit.
• Third-party services you choose to add (payment processing, booking platforms, premium plugins) carry their own fees.
• Work beyond an agreed scope is quoted separately before it is started, never billed as a surprise.

What we need from you

Projects run on the content you supply — text, photos, logos, hours, service details and any accounts we need access to. You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you send us. Timelines quoted assume that content arrives when agreed; they shift if it does not.

Revisions

Each tier includes a stated number of revision rounds. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes, not an unlimited stream of individual requests. Additional rounds are available and quoted before we do them.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, single-page projects are paid in full on completion, before launch. Larger projects are typically split into a deposit and milestone payments set out in the written scope.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, you own the finished website: the design, the content, the code and the domain. We do not hold sites hostage and we do not require an ongoing contract to keep your website working. We reserve the right to reference the completed work as an example of our services unless you ask us not to.

Third-party components

Some projects include open-source libraries or third-party services that remain licensed under their own terms. Those terms continue to apply to those components.

What we do not promise

We build sites on a sound technical foundation for search — semantic markup, performance, structured data, location-targeted content. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic level or sales result, because no honest developer can: those depend on your market, your competitors, your reviews and factors search engines control. Anyone promising you a number one spot is selling something.

Cancellation

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for the work completed to that point, and we hand over what has been built. Care plans can be cancelled any time; your site and domain remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Bernardino County.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect for your project is the version referenced in your written scope.
